Uri L’Tzedek understands that for the Orthodox community to take an active role in social justice work, it is imperative that we form partnerships with local synagogues to help raise awareness and real action to their communities. Uri L’Tzedek would like to support you, as a community rabbi, by enabling you to begin a social justice journey with your congregation, in a way that is fitting and appropriate for your community. We approach this with the understanding that, as a community leader, you have limited time and energy to take on this large task The partnership will include the resources you need to run social justice programs, incorporate social justice into your pulpit and educational programs, and enable you to be part of a community of social-justice orientated spiritual leaders. Your financial support will, in return, allow Uri L’Tzedek to continue this important work and bring social justice programming to the Orthodox community.
