Uri L'Tzedek Co-Sponsors Night of Learning on Darfuri and Sudanese refugees in Israel.
Sean Macdonald (19, from Boxford, MA), will be speaking and webcasting live, on behalf of Garin Tzedek (Seed of Justice), a self-formed group of 40 American Jewish teens on Young Judaea’s Year Course in Israel to support Darfuri and Sudanese refugees in Israel. Sean will be speaking in New York at Hadassah House (50 West 58th Street) on February 8, 2010 from 7-8:30pm about his experience on Young Judaea’s Year Course in Israel and how working with Darfuri and Sudanese refugees in Israel has shaped his Jewish and global identity as an advocate for Social Justice.  All are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
